Spectral Discord

Unique Tools from Emerging Research

Spectral Discord is a project by Lina Reyne, combining psychoacoustics research with modern audio technologies to create new tools for musical composition, performance, and analysis.

The goal is to bring experimental and largely-unexplored areas of music theory out of academia and into the hands of a wider, diverse base of artists and independent researchers via free, open-source software tools.
